Plaudit from Robert Franz

Joe Gifford's work is very powerful. He has a way of reaching to the core of the challenges and helping develop strategies to address those challenges. He has helped me see myself as a conductor and a person in a different light.  "Less is more" really means something when you work with Joe. "Finding your source" is key to allowing the music to happen. His words and his presence are always a part of my work.
